My name is Paola.  I am originally from Uruguay and moved to the United States fifteen years ago.  Since then, I have split my time between raising my children, Lorenzo and Carmina and fulfilling my passion for baking pastries.  I continue to try to become a Midwestern mother while honoring my Uruguayan roots.
